Mindfulness Yoga with Jennifer Jamieson

Practice Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Learn how these practices build new neural pathways for life skills to increase resilience. The physical practice uses accessible techniques that work on strength, stability, and mobility.

Embodied Movement Flow with Arielle Bertolone

An asana based movement class that weaves in other movement modalities to create a breath-centered flowing practice. Begin with a grounding meditation and move through a sequence that progresses slowly into more complex movement combinations. Self-advocacy and autonomy encouraged throughout the practice. Gain mindfulness tools and self regulation skills.

Anahata Yoga and Meditation with Alessandra casanova

Begin the day with a heart-centered practice that combines mindful movement with meditation techniques to encourage a soulful connection with our inner flame. Re-learning our loveliness and ability to connect begins within our own hearts. This class will provide the space and tools to awaken your capacity to feel and experience the power of your heart. Ali leads this class on Tuesdays and Wendy leads on Thursdays.

Body Awareness with Robin Detmer

Body Awareness is a mind/body fusion class designed by Robin Detmer based on her many years working as a physical therapist and wellness coach. Robin designed the class to teach participants how to learn to inhabit their body, how to be mindful of their posture, alignment and breath, and how to bring strength to their core body and spirit. The class incorporates meditation, yoga, pilates and physical therapy exercises that focus on core strength, alignment, and relaxation.

ANAHATA yoga with Wendy Strgar

This class helps you to get back into your body after the shock and physical pains that accompany loss. No experience of any type is required. Gentle stretching and slow strengthening exercises combined with mindful meditation techniques help you to learn to feel into your own experience. Movement is one of the hallmarks of being alive. Bringing movement back into your days is a sign of returning health.

astro yoga flow with emily ridout

Get in touch with your deepest self in this AstroYoga Flow class. AstroYoga is a traditional form of yoga that incorporates breath, movement,  and chakra exploration while aligning with the seasons and timing of the planets and moon. Practice AstroYoga to align harmoniously with body, mind, and the natural world.

Parent child Imagination yoga with diane campbell

Imagination Yoga is a children’s yoga program that was developed in the classroom by an early childhood teacher. It weaves age-appropriate yoga flows into imaginative stories to encourage kids to be fully present and engaged, both mentally and physically. This approach provides rich opportunities to help children develop essential skills like self-awareness, empathy, visualization, confidence, and mental flexibility while simultaneously building stronger, healthier bodies. Gentle yoga with amelia wack

A safe and compassionate space for all. This class invites you to slow down your minds and relax and release tension and stress in the body. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to learn more about yoga. This is a soft and nurturing practice.

Great for fit beginners and seasoned practitioners, the class will improve strength, focus, and functional movement. Options and progressions provide a challenge to accommodate all levels. The focus includes quieting the mind, embodiment and a sustainable practice.

vin/Yin flow with alaina amatuccio

This class will incorporate traditional Vinyasa flow sequences connecting movement and breath coupled with longer held postures from the Yin Yoga tradition. By the end of class you will be able to tap into your “Roots and Wings” so that you can Ground, Center and Soar.
