Wendy Strgar

Wendy has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years.

She is certified 200 hours YTT in Alignment Yoga.  She is currently completing 

a 500 hour YTT with Sarah Joy Marsh in Yoga for Trauma.   

Wendy is a certified Energy healer,  Reiki Master and has trained in BreathWork, Spiritual Response Technique and Meditation practices.  She has studied Tantric Shaivism with Sally Kempton and Paul Mueller for 7 years.   She came to teach Yoga as a means to heal her own grief.   

Wendy is the founder and CEO of Good Clean Love and has founded several 

healing initiatives in the greater Eugene community including The Positive Change Club and Positive Memorial Courtyard at South Eugene High School,  The Positive Community Kitchen and Anahata Heart Center of Eugene.

Anahata Yoga is a mindful movement class. The focus is on a sustainable practice that honors your body. Start your morning with sequences that will help calm your mind, find strength and replenish your inner resources. Ali Casanova leads on Tuesdays and Wendy Strgar leads on Thursdays. No yoga experience necessary, come with an open heart.

This class helps you to get back into your body after the shock and physical pains that accompany loss. No experience of any type required. Gentle stretching and slow strengthening exercises combined with mindful meditation techniques help you to learn to feel into your own experience. Movement is one of the hallmarks of being alive. Bringing movement back into your days is a sign of returning health. First class is free.
