Mindfulness for recovery
Learn the skills that cultivate your inner resources and resilience. Guided meditation, gentle movement for lymphatic health, breathing, and support all are proven effective for ease in cancer recovery. Connect with others to broaden your knowledge of what is available to you in our community. Led by yoga instructor and cancer survivor Diane Butera. * Kimby Maxson is no longer co-teaching this class, so we've adjusted it to last only 1.5 hours, ending at noon. It will now only cost $15.

Chakra workshop with emily ridout
The chakras or energy centers in the body affect us on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Come learn about the chakras, measure your chakra alignment, and learn to balance your chakras through yoga practice.

Yoga Nidra with Diane Butera
Treat yourself to a powerful guided meditation that helps with better sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, alleviates pain, and helps you realize your greatest potential. Class starts with thirty minutes of extra gentle yoga to relax the body so the mind can rest for the guided meditation. All Levels Welcome! Space limited, please reserve your spot. Rest and Reset!

Spirited soul women's group
We are here to lift each other up and evolve into the Spirited Soul we are meant to be. This is a safe space for women, free of judgment, created to support and move our members through whatever they are going through with love, joy and empowerment.
Our monthly meetings will include open discussions on wellness, meditation, energy working, healing, all while discovering new ways to be our best selves. There will be a topic for discussion at each meeting that will posted to the group prior to the meeting.
There is no charge for our regular meeting, but we do ask for a donation of $5 or what you can afford to help offset the cost of renting the space. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Please bring something to sit on, a yoga mat, journal, pen and your Spirited Soul.

family estrangement support group
Have you experienced the pain of estrangement from a family member? Have you experienced the grief of separation from a loved one?
If you are estranged from any family member or other loved one who is still living and you would like to be part of a community committed to healing and love through group support, please join us. On the second Tuesday of every month, visit Anahata for a drop in peer-led support group specifically for pregnancy and infant loss.
